Kentbridge Sports Delivery Charges

Orders over the value of £90.00 will be shipped free of charge. For orders under this amount there will be a postage and packing charge of £2.50 for small items (Trion:Z, wristbands, replacement parts) and £5.99 for larger and heavier items (Bags, Rackets).

GB mainland customers can request us to send a parcel on a next day delivery service (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery) for £12.50. Please order before 11:30am for guaranteed next day delivery. The 24hr service is available using UPS Standard delivery. UPS collect and deliver only from Monday to Saturdays, so if you order an item on next day delivery on a Friday then it will not be delivered until Monday.

Unless specified, all GB Mainland orders are sent using the Parcelforce 48hour service or first class post for smaller items. This service takes 2-3 working days. Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched on the same day but orders placed after this time might not be despatched until the following working day.

Customers placing orders from certain Scottish Post Codes such as those beginning IV and AB should allow an extra day for delivery, on both the 48hr and next day services.

Parcelforce deliver Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 5.30pm and should post a card through the door if there is no one to sign for the parcel. Please note that Parcelforce will not leave packages without a signature from someone from the destination address. If they deliver whilst no one is there, a card will be posted through the letter box which will give information as to when they will try and deliver the package again. This is commonly the following working day and is limited to only two failed deliveries. Packages undelivered after two attempts will be held at the local Parcelforce depot until the receiver collects it from there.

If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there maybe a delay in despatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of Kentbridge Sports to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete. 

Weight is irrelevant to orders. Other websites deliver according to order value rather than weight and I would lose out on orders if I did otherwise. UPS deliver according to distance travelled and the cost of shipping from my house to the next county is the same as shipping to Scotland so I see no benefit of setting shipping weight.
